“Real Honey” and “The Farm”

Recent years have witnessed an increased global focus on the relationship between bees and life on our planet. “Adopt a Beehive”, a programme for selected Bulgarian beekeepers, aims to rescue bees, support beekeepers, and secure clean, healthy honey with proved origin and quality.

In a bid to support green policies and Bulgarian producers – two of the most important causes of “The Farm” – bTV's websites, in collaboration with “Istinski Med” (Real Honey), have jointly created a unique landing page featuring interesting and important scientific facts about honey and bees, their contribution to the ecological balance, and the benefits of honey and other bee products. Every reader has a chance to apply their new knowledge about this topic in a special game that ran for several weeks on a special subpage of “The Farm”. The game featured questions and multiple prizes, including a special jar of “Real Honey”.
