The virtual version of the greatest game of all has caused a real stir among the show’s fans.

Over 1,700,000 unique users were able to match their strength with “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”’s computer between the launch of the show’s first successful season and November 2023. The fans of the legendary show were able to check their knowledge online, without experiencing the stage fright of sitting on the chair of wealth.

The “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” digital game has generated over 11,800,000 page views since its launch and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, on a desktop or a mobile device. Participants don’t need to register and can play an unlimited number of games to check the highest level they can reach.

Just like in the TV game that runs every weekday from 18:00 on bTV's air, the online version contains 15 questions and three lifelines, offering the same level of difficulty. However, unlike the famous show, the answers don't bring cash. Still, the game is just as fun. When they reach a certain difficulty level, the biggest fans can share their achievement on Facebook and receive one of the following titles: “bronze”, “silver”, “elite”, or “golden” player.

All questions featured in the online game have been developed for the past seasons of the shows, but have not been asked on air. Participants have 60 seconds to answer each question in one of the following fields: history, geography, biology, mathematics, finance, popular individuals, etc. They can use one of the familiar lifelines: 50-50, Phone a Friend, and Ask the Audience.

The game is available on bTV's website at www.btv/bg/stani-bogat/igra, and the team promises great fun and an abundance of fresh knowledge for anyone who dares to join in.
